28257 My favorite book so far this year is definitely The Silver Linings Playbook. I just picked up the DVD at the library yesterday - can't wait to watch it!

We went out to eat at a great seafood restaurant for dinner on Christmas Eve. Then we drove around a little to look at Christmas lights - there is a neighborhood nearby where everyone participates and it is lovely. Lots of cars driving by to see it. Christmas Day we just relaxed. Watched Christmas movies and a couple of Mad Men episodes on DVD. How did you celebrate?

28257 Has anyone been watching Call the Midwife on PBS? It's based on the book The Midwife: A Memoir of Birth, Joy, and Hard Times and it's really well done.
