25823 2. 551 BC - AD 1100

I think this is my last one! I read Empress of the Seven Hills, which begins in 108 AD. I did at least one for all 7 eras, with some eras I read 2 books.

Loved this challenge!

25823 I started it a while ago then kind of lost track...I agree with Kit, it is excellent. I actually skipped ahead to King Edward. I had just finished The Traitor's Wife: A Novel of the Reign of Edward II and it was fun to contrast Dan Jones' research with Susan Higginbotham's imagination...

The Daughter of Time"

I would class that as sort of a history book about Richard, even though it is fiction, so I would allow that. Di..."

Thanks, Angela!

i found it fascinating. Do not want to give it away, but if you have an interest in history (which you probably do) and archaelogy, you will find it riveting!

25823 a few weeks ago, I read The Legacy of Moses and Akhenaten: A Jewish Perspective for the SRC. It just occured to me that this would work toward my Reading through the Eras goal. Does it? Akhenaten was a pharoah. If so, what era would it fit?

Thanks!

25823 Another one for 5 AD 1610-1765

Shadow Princess

So far I still need to do 3500 BC -550 BC and 1918 to present. I seem to be hitting the middle years with more ease. Who knew? Trying to avoid a reread for 3500 BC-550 BC, so I will keep searching. Love this challenge!!

25823 I am getting confused with my own list, so I am listing these.

So far:
4. AD 1450 - AD 1610

The Feast of Roses by Indu Sundaresan

6. AD 1765-1918

Becoming Marie Antoinette (Marie Antoinette, #1) by Juliet Grey and Days of Splendor, Days of Sorrow (Marie Antoinette, #2) by Juliet Grey

My next book is from the first era...I am moving backwards, but at least I am still moving...
