I cleared the cache, signed out and back in, didn't help. I've heard from some members (I set up a group thread to discuss the problem) and some may have actually received one of the emails, but they definitely did not send properly.

I'm having the same problem; I have a group Q&A going on this weekend and no way to notify the group unless I do it member by member.
