My review! It was probably 4-4.5 stars for most of the book for me, but I ended up loving the ending, so it went up to 5. :)

I started this yesterday and at first it felt like typical YA, but I've been able to relate about not quite fitting in with where you live because you stand out, and also visiting Taiwan and feeling like you totally stick out. And also those family dynamics of expectations and restrictions. I'll probably finish it shortly.

Okay, so I finished King of Scars and Rule of Wolves and loved it so much I ended up reading not just this trilogy but also rereading Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom. I am seriously thinking of rereading King of Scars and Rule of Wolves this month just to give me even more appreciation for them! Here's my review and new review on Shadow and Bone.

Okay, I think I'll add Loveboat Tapei for this challenge, but I have a few other books on my list I've been meaning to read. I'll be back to add books to this comment as I complete them.

Okay, so I read this quite a while ago and one of my students wants me to read the trilogy, so I think I'm going to have to go back and read the first one. I also have to read King of Scars now that the second book has come out. So this may have to be a Leigh Bardugo month for me, lol!

Okay, I finished 22 books (just finished one today)! There were another two that I started, but I just didn't get the chance to finish them! Maybe next time!
