8565 Lobbing 1895: The Time Machine by H.G. Wells - 9/17/13 ★★★ at this tower and running away to the future! Hope I make it!
8565 They are both YA and I read a lot of that. :)

It depends on what you like. Pushing the Limits is realistic fiction meats YA romance - with some really tough themes.

Unearthly is YA about angels. I loved it - love triangle and all but it made sense! I may skim it before I read the sequel to make sure I remember everything.

8565 Would witches/wizards, succubus/incubus count as well?

8565 Sign me up for 2 books! Pick up from my to-read shelf, please. No classics or non fiction though!
8565 I've heard lots of good things about Tell the Wolves I'm Home and have it on my TBR. Definitely will move it up!

8565 LOL, I know! The book wasn't very good (for me) but it had some funny quotes. ;)

I really liked "Pushing the Limits" and "Unearthly". I so need to read the sequels!

8565 From Good Girls Don't (Donovan Brothers Brewery, #1) by Victoria Dahl

“Aw, hell, Tessa. I was in ninth grade. By the time I got to the part where I imagined a girl without panties on, it was all over.”

8565 I read Good Girls Don't (Donovan Brothers Brewery, #1) by Victoria Dahl and I rated it 2-stars. The plot revolved around very outmoded thinking that doesn't have a bearing in 21st century America. See here my review: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...
8565 Not sure yet what I'll read but here are some candidates (all from my TBR):

Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas Kiss of Steel (London Steampunk, #1) by Bec McMaster The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern Silver (Silver, #1) by Rhiannon Held Fire Baptized (Santeria Habitat, #1) by Kenya Wright What a Boy Wants (What a Boy Wants, #1) by Nyrae Dawn One Week Girlfriend (Drew + Fable, #1) by Monica Murphy

8565 Tien - Can I let go of my 1851 reservation and take 2003 instead?

Thanks!

8565 Finished my recovery (mostly while on vacation!) and read: A Duke's Temptation by Jillian Hunter - 8/16/13 ★★ (set in the UK)

8565 Woohoo!!!

You're welcome, Tien. Feel free to ask for another, LOL!

8565 Taken away in handcuffs! Oh well...at least it's not a difficult one.

8565 Finished it already and reported it in the other thread. WEIRD!

8565 I'll be sneaky in this attack...hopefully I don't get apprehended and gotten in handcuffs like it happens to Lexi!

Name in Title "X": Teasing Lexi by J. Wilde - 8/3/13 ★★
Aug 03, 2013 09:28AM

8565 I just got it from Lendle so I'll read it today. It's short.
Aug 03, 2013 08:30AM

8565 I'll take X then...I found Teasing Lexi where the heroine is called Lexi in the description! In 4 other books I checked, it had 'Lexi' in the title but the description called her Alex or Alexis! (go figure)

8565 I'm sure they are some, Bea! Let me take a look. :)
