Just found out that one of the books I read this month was on the shelf! I read Pleasure of a Dark Prince and gave it 3.5 stars because the heroine couldn't shake her stupidity at the end. But the narration was usual was awesome!
Finished Wicked Nights by Gena Showalter and gave it 2.5 stars. I think this author is not for me.I think next I'll read A Kingdom of Dreams.
I won't probably be joining then. I won't be able to read that many books if I can't backtrack! Thanks for answering my questions, Tien.
Here are some books I've read for some of the years that are not yet read 2002: Shattered Sky by Neal Shusterman - 5/13/13 ★★
2004: Kiss Me While I Sleep by Linda Howard - 5/19/13 ★★
2006: Bound and Determined by Shelley Bradley - 4/19/13 ★★★
2008: Revelation by C.J. Sansom - 5/30/13 ★★★
Tien - Can you remove me from the list? I've decided not to do many challenges in the coming year (unless they are of the super easy variety). I'm starting a new job next week and I don't want to spread myself out too thin!
I made some good headway in this challenge but didn't finish it so I'm considering myself done. Had lots of fun!!

Another question...suppose I read a book in January that doesn't fit anything for that month's card but when the February card is announced, it fits there. Could I use it for the February card, even if I read it in January?
I've never played this game so I'm not sure I understand. Is the object to read a book for each shelf, match it to a category AND have them have the month's initial somewhere in the title and author's name? And what's the idea of having up to 3 categories per book? Do we have to make sure that we read all the categories too?
I can't read 12 books in a month with so many constraints so I don't think I'll be joining. Or will this be a group effort too?
I read The Grimoire of the Lamb by Kevin Hearne and gave it 3 stars. In this one, Atticus battled cats and crocodiles together with Oberon, his Irish wolfhound, who can talk to him. It was an interesting story and I have the feeling that we'll meet some Egyptian gods in one of the future whole books.

From The Grimoire of the Lamb. This quote comes from Oberon (he's a dog who can speak to his owner and he's just hilarious!)"Yeah!" Oberon said as Bast faded from view. "One hound versus thousands of cats, and the hound wins!"
What about the Druid?
"Quiet, Atticus. I'm having a moment here. Basking in my own glory."
I have 4 to go on my list but I don't think I'll make it.But I'll do like Bea and just keep the lists going from year to year, LOL!
I have to read a 2003 book for another challenge so I'll keep 2003 for now. But if I see it's getting close to the end of the year and I can't make it, I'll let you know so you can use Bea's book!
Finally! Shooting at this tower again...hopefully it's a true hit!Name in Title "I": Lady Isabella's Scandalous Marriage by Jennifer Ashley - 11/19/13 ★★★
This one should fit
but let me check the shelf, LOL!ETA: Wow! I picked it without checking and it's the second on the list!
I see other books on my TBR that are on the shelf but they are the tearjerker variety. I want something cheerful, LOL!
Others that I might to check out:
(this last one is one of my POTS books so I may go with that one.)
