837268 I'm reading 'We Ride Upon Sticks' which is about a girls' field hockey team in 1980s Massachusetts and some witchy stuff they get themselves into.

837268 I'll probably read The Kiss Quotient, which is a rom-com about a female mathematician. Not sure how much of the book focuses on the STEM aspects but it's February so fluffy romance it is!

837268 Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver is a lovely memoir about sustainable living. I mentioned it elsewhere but I love it. ❤

837268 Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver is excellent. Also would work as a memoir.

837268 "The Sleeper and the Spindle" is a short story/novella by Neil Gaiman that would make a lovely read-aloud. Snow White and a few trusted dwarves adventure to the neighboring kingdom to save Sleeping Beauty.

My husband loves a novella called 'A Chess Story" or "The Royal Game" by Stefan Zweig that would be fun if you can find it, especially of you're into chess at moment after a 'Queen's Gambit binge. It would also work as a book about a game.

837268 I thought of Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins, which has characters from Greek mythology.
