I LOVE salmon and any fish of any kind. I was raised on it and I raised my kids on seafood. Only one son (my oldest) doesn't like any kind of seafood. He only just recently started liking fried shrimp.

I need to think of something for dinner. What did you make Amanda? I need ideas. I have a night at the laundromat waiting for me. I did a small load for my hubby the other night but I have 2 giant bags full of laundry I need to do. Good thing I read and I'm in a readathon this weekend 😁
