What are you reading Vicki? I love buddy reads.
as a buddy read and loved it. I had a hiccup with my house situation before I had to stop but when life was better I finished the book and the buddy read. I loved that book too. It helped me escape into such a fun little world for awhile. I'm almost done with
I'm so sad it will be over by tonight. I highly recommend that book to anyone who likes fantasy. Holy smokes the end is giving me heart failure I swear but SO SO GOOD!
They sure do. I had one allergy my whole life and I delivered that last baby and my system changed drastically. Cantaloupe was the first thing I found I had to stop eating. My throat closed up and my lips were blue. I have grown up eating cantaloupe with no problems until 21 years ago. So weird also walnuts are a no. Never had an allergy to them and now I can't eat them
I developed a bunch of allergies when my youngest was born. He's 21 and he was about a year old when I had that guacamole for the first time. About a year ago my hubby ordered a burrito and offered a bite to me. I took a bite and within minutes the back of my throat started to itch and close. I get this wheezing that happens. My son who bought the burrito came in and said mom there was guacamole on that burrito. So 20 years later and I'm still allergic to it.
Tayo, I'll be over soon....ha ha ha....that sounds so good. My poor husband never gets guacamole. I have a severe allergy to avocados. The first time I ever tried guacamole was the day I discovered I was allergic to it. Before that it just never looked appetizing to me. It was a textural thing for me. I ordered from a Mexican restaurant and forgot to say no guac and it came with it. I tried it and loved it. Then about 15 minutes later I broke into hives and the back of my throat started to itch and felt like it was closing up. Thank goodness there was a customer in the shop I was working in who saw me and said I didn't look so good. I told her I was having a reaction to something and she had benedryl and I took 2 and when I felt better we went through what I had eaten and the only thing that I had that whole day was those nachos with the guac on it. I tried it one more time and within minutes my throat started to close and I couldn't breathe and had my med ready to take. SO my first and last bite of guacamole taught me of a new allergy. Fun stuff. I CAN however eat the rest of what you made 😁💕My husband is from Mexico and he loves all food but I know he misses his mom's cooking. I have bought every authentic Mexican cookbooks and he says it's really good. I wish he liked spicier foods. I love my food to be hot but he's a little more tame. Anyway I have the gift to gab today. SORRY! I'll be quiet and go read now
I miss my dogs. We had 4. Mine died a few years ago but I had my son's dog and my daughter's dog. We loved them so much. One went blind but he could still navigate around the house. Then he got to the point where he started losing direction and would walk into the walls. He lost control of his bladder and shortly after he passed away. He was due to go to the vet the day before he died. His sister (my daughter's dog) didn't live much longer. She had a hip issue and she got to where she couldn't walk, We would have to take her outside and hold her up to use the bathroom. I made the hard choice to have her put down because my hubby was not working and whatever was wrong we couldn't have afforded to fix if she was able to be fixed. She died about 7 months after her brother. I miss them so much. I think about getting another dog but they all had such a hold on my heart I don't want to lose another animal. I didn't know I could love them as much as I did. When my dog died I think I cried for weeks. She was my little shadow. Wherever I went she went too. I don't know if I would get another dog like her. I want a house before we think of getting another dog.
No I was born in Florida but moved to Las Vegas when I was 8 month old and that's where I have been my whole life. 55 years to be exact. My family is from GA and PA. Why Tayo is something going on in West Virginia?
