You cannot have one person from district four be with a person from district five, or any other combinations. Because if they were, that would mean that they were cut to shreds by electric barbed wire. Not a nice feeling, let me tell you...

The different districts have slightly different rules and spans. The average lifespan in district 12 is about 65(that's right, they die the year they get senior's discount),with 75% of people dying before age 50, but over in district 1, which is wealthy, the average lifespan is right about 75-80, with 7% of people dying before age 50. There are also diseases in all districts, but are less severe in the wealthier ones.
