😂😂
I just finished The Break-In, that I'm hoping will help with a spell-out. I will finish Mexican Gothic later today and that will be it for me! I could probably get another book in, but I'll be at my reading cap.

Still, it's a good and interesting read."
Well I actually purchased a copy of the new Vera Wong book to read for a Red book in the Uno challenge and I haven't read it yet, so I won't give you a hard time. :)

Done. Sorry, i have been a bit absent the past week as my daughter’s marriage was yesterday."
Congratulations!

I found this one and it's in Kindle Unlimited!! I downloaded it and checked - it mentions dia de muertos multiple times.

It looks good! I'm not sure I'll get to it either, but I may add it to my TBR pile.

I was thinking of re-reading this, but I'm not sure I want to. I liked the setting, but remember being pretty annoyed by a couple of the characters.
Will this work for Blue, White, and Gold on cover? I'm not sure if gold is metallic gold or yellow-gold. I think this is pretty close to the color on the flag, but I never know. I'm happy to just use it for spell-outs if that works better. I'll finish it in the next hour or so. I'll come back to see where it fits.
We've been traveling and I think I may have gotten a touch of a summer cold. :( I'm no good today. I'll try to plan out my remaining few reads this weekend. Nighty-night, everyone.

I'm never quite sure what to do with those really short books that fit tasks. Yesterday and today were both scheduled "down time" days, so I'm doing a little catching up before the rest of my family arrives. 🙃
I also have a few unread books on my shelf by Isabel Allende. She was born in Peru. I can try to get to one of these before the end of the challenge as well.
I have a 144 page book on my shelf by a Columbian author (level 2 country). Would it be more helpful to read this short book to complete an itinerary or to read a longer book (for spell outs) for the page points?
I will be traveling for the next 8 days or so, but plan to at least bring the laptop. I'll probably check in most nights.

for ocean on cover? Obviously, large yachts/small cruiseliners aren’t on rivers or lakes. At least, I don’t think so 🤔"I think the book takes place on a luxury cruise through the North Sea, if that helps. I just finished the sequel. 😊 The North Sea connects to the ocean. Or maybe it's actually part of the ocean? I would count it.
I couldn't even think of a cheesy song yesterday. But I finally have a submission. Sadly, it cannot top the literal cheese song. https://youtu.be/KC5InWPjtL8?feature=...
