I had a tiny little tv in my room! I loved watching that and The Big Valley!I'm sorry you were afraid to watch it when he was home. I know the feeling.
There was a western tv show and one of the main characters was named Manolo. And there was a son they called Blue. I wish I could remember the name... anyway, I had a huge "older man" crush on Manolo.
Bobby Sherman and David Cassidy were my teen crushes. I had posters of them all over my walls. I thought Shawn Cassidy was too pretty.
That's awesome, Carolyn!!! And funny, too. My daughter is 5'9 and married a guy 5'9. One of the first things I said to her was, "you know, you won't be able to wear heels anymore..." LOL
See how she is? Cheryl causes trouble every where she goes. *giggle*(You know I love you, Cheryl! *hugs* )
My husband and I met at a young adult activity through our church, 31 years ago. We've been married 30 years. 30. Long. Years.
Cheryl wrote: "I don't own any of them so this would be a great way to start collecting them! :)"Would you sit down and be quiet!
I read Kathleen Givens way before I read Pamela Clare, and then during some conversations, Pamela mentioned that she and Kathleen were friends before she died and that she loved Kathleen's books, too.
For me, if it's a historical romance, it also needs to have a measure of historical accuracy. My favorite HR authors are Kathleen Givens and Pamela Clare because they weave real life into the stories.
It's another one that has a gorgeous scent. All of the roses pictured are planted in the flower bed leading to the front door, so as people walk by, or if we have the front window open, we can really enjoy the fragrance.
