30109 Pioneer Woman's Chicken Spaghetti (Casserole)

Sounds disgusting, but it's one of the best casseroles I've ever had!

Ingredients

• 2 cups Cooked Chicken (We used 4 chicken breasts)
• 3 cups Dry Spaghetti, Broken Into Two Inch Pieces
• 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
• 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese (We added an extra cup of cheese to the mix)
• ¼ cups Finely Diced Green Pepper
• ¼ cups Finely Diced Onion
• 1 jar (4 Ounce) Diced Pimentos, Drained
• 2 cups Reserved Chicken Broth From Pot
• 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
• ⅛ teaspoons (to 1/4 Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
• Salt And Pepper, to taste
• 1 cup Additional Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preparation Instructions

Cook 1 cut up fryer and pick out the meat to make two cups. Cook spaghetti in same chicken broth until al dente. Do not overcook. When spaghetti is cooked, combine with remaining ingredients except additional 1 cup sharp cheddar.

Place mixture in casserole pan and top with remaining sharp cheddar. Cover and freeze up to six months, cover and refrigerate up to two days, or bake immediately: 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly. (If the cheese on top starts to get too cooked, cover with foil).

If you want to see the video and images of the cooking process, here it is:

30109 Melissa, I really loved The Host. It's not as adult, sexually, as most SciFi/PNR romances, but steamier than Twilight, in my opinion.

30109 My daughter did something sweet when asking the neighbor boy to go to prom with her: Starting at the front door she laid Hershey Kisses in a trail to his bedroom and then had a HUGE sign that said, "I'll kiss the ground you walk on if you'll go to prom with me!"

30109 You all have no idea how lucky you are. My husband's idea of romantic is asking me what I'd like for my fill in the blank and then asking if I need it gift wrapped.
