Rachel, I've had to do a double take on a few words of choice myself.CaroleDee, I haven't given up on series but I do hate it when they have cliffhangers and unresolved issues. GRRRR!
I've never watched the Kardashians so I can only imagine.
Great answers, everyone. I had to go visit my sissy in the hospital. :(But I'm back now and reading everyone's messages.
Sharmilla, I hate it when it does that. I want a satisfying HEA even if its in an epilogue. I hate it when there are unresolved issues.Dana, I know. Communicate already! I can only take so much conflict. At some point I want it over so the couple can move on in their relationship.
Hilary, I don't read a lot of YA but I know what you mean. I have read one or two that I would have probably LOVED back when I was 12 but just doesn't work for me now at my old age.
Adultery is a big no-no for me. Also TSTL heroines. Lack of a plot. Just plain boring. These are a few anyway.
What elements or issues in a book will ruin it for you? Make you want to toss it or slam it into a wall?
That does sound like a fun thing to do. Go across the states visiting those places. Got any particular ones you'd like to go to?

Shampoo and deodorant ☺
When I wore perfume, I was fickle ☺ I wore whatever smelled good at the time. Now with my allergies, I rarely scent me.
I like watching a few of their shows, like Chopped and Restaurant Impossible. I'm not a creative cook either. ☺ But the family eats it. Most of the time.
I truly don't know. I got busy with work and family and just didn't have the urge to read. I even got rid of almost all my books. I kept a small box of about 20 or so books that I just couldn't talk myself into getting rid of and one day I saw them and just picked one up and started reading again.
I started reading at 10 years old and devoured every harlequin and gothic novel my mom and grandma had. My first burnout came well into my 20s and didn't last too long. Then my 2nd burnout came in my late 30's and lasted about 3 or 4 years. I've been reading strong since for about 10 years.
