Ooh, Grace - you've got The List! I've heard good stuff about that one. And the rest of your books also look cool! I have finished my first oldie, it was so dark though... About the middle ages and the plague. The funny thing is that the second oldest one I have... is about an epidemic of cholera xD so... basically the same :D and I don't really want to read such a downer again xD

Yeah, lol, I was getting tired of checking the points back in October... when I was posting I didn't know it would get annoying. You don't always figure everything out with the first try :D so I'll just include the scoring system with every month's post now :)

So cool everyone! I have to say though, this time I'll be adding the books when you say you've finished, cause otherwise I have 50 books on the shelf of which I have to remove 40 later :D so I'll add it when you tell me you've finished. And why do I add it rite group shelf? Well, basically to brag that, for example, last month as a group we read 17 ARCs!!! Although I think it's probably more because not everyone notified me they finished :D so isn't that cool!!!

Hey, I think The Nightmare Before Christmas should also count for the theme :) isn't it about Halloween town?

That always happens, although to me it's usually such a pleasant surprise when I forget am receive one :D

I've finished one ARC already, but unfortunately, it wasn't a theme ARC. I get 10 points for finishing a random ARC. I didn't post any updates yet, so for now I stand at 10 points!

Keep your November score here. I will mention that our score resets every month so some of us don't end up with tens of thousands, while others have zero :D no fun!

How we score:
50 points for finishing an ARC that was in topic
10 points for finishing any ARC
10 more points if the finished ARC was at least a year old
50 points for not requesting a single ARC for THE ENTIRE MONTH
10 points for not requesting anything for a week
5 points for posting an update on what your book is about in our discussion topics
5 points for sharing your review (link) with us of the theme book
5 points for starting a theme ARC (even if you won't finish it!)

In November, we will be reading our oldest ARCs. In the event that you're finished with your oldest one, read the next oldest one.

Please tell me what book you picked so I can put it on the group shelf!

Adele, you should have seen me yesterday :D I was like... for once, this month I finally read more than I hauled! And then at the last minute of the day I find this used book store... Ended up with one book more than I read. So I was like... Maybe I can finish one more so it's at least even? At about 9-10PM I get an email "you've been approved for..." xD so I stopped trying at that point :D

Awesome! I will need to pick me some fresh ARCs to start too, but I still want to wait till the poll results tomorrow cause two answers are pretty close :D
