Not in great detail, but they were mentioned off and on throughout the book when they raised their ugly heads in some major way.

Great review 4ZZZ and in regard to buying more brand-new books I am trying that as well but slowly, slowly!

That was a very messy start to Poland's rebirth! The rail, currency and legal differences would have been a nightmare, not to mention the border issues. Thanks for posting those very interesting details, Mike!
