Hmmm... This is gunna bug the hell out of me!

I'm guessing that the emojis meaning can be a bit flexible anyway to fit the 'sentence'. But apart from the obvious type stuff that the emojis mean, do you guys have any 'this means' between you?

And by the look it reads out a quick run down of the whole plot rather than just the title?

Maybe Marie Kelly has one similar. There's also and author who has a called Keeping Katie maybe? I think she has a couple with similar plots to the one you're looking for. One has the wife being run off so the mil will provide treatment for diabetic baby son.

Does the girl have a 'power' that can make people/guys love her if she loves them? One I'm thinking of has a teen who moves (from oz maybe) after mum and baby brother die in car crash to live with family/friends. Meets the new guy/vamp. Old friend/love ends up coming over and being part of the story. Vamp had a brother maybe twin. I keep thinking Rose in the name.
