History: Mostly a normal life, however, her parents live overseas, as they could not afford the good schools in Korea and Yumiko was able to pass the entrance exam for Kunugigaoka, so they rented a small and affordable apartment near Kunugigaoka. Her parents live in Korea because they are able to earn subsequent pay to fend for both themselves and Yumiko; their jobs in Japan did not pay enough. Yumiko was placed in the E class due to falling math and social studies grades, as well as procrastinating too much.
