Okay. I'll try not to gush. By far one of the greatest works of fiction ever created. First thing that comes to mind, because I've been thinking about this, are the covers. I simply can't get over the fact that every cover is a page of the comic. They're part of the story, that blew my mind!

If you enjoy mainstream comics, you might be interested in Wolverine: Old Man Logan by Mark Millar. It is sort of a post-apocalyptic version of the Marvel Universe. The world looks great, but it doesn't have much of that nostalgia you talk about.
