Yes, less than 3 decades away now for some of the forecasted changes to occur if we don't slow down and implement more changes.

Part 3: The Climate KaleidoscopeThis was an interesting part focusing more on the politics and ethics of environmental change. I thought it was interesting the author said that Putin actually has less motivation to implement any climate change because they'll be wealthier if they don't do anything. Also he spoke of Mad Max regions in the world which I found interesting.

Part 2: Elements of Chaos: Heat DeathThis part got more into the facts of some of the changes we are going through right now. Two of the facts that hit me the hardest were the increased prevalence of fires - especially with what happened recently in Australia - and the fact that <1% of the water on earth is available for human consumption. When I was in college I worked on a desalination project for the Department of the Interior, so after listening to this part I investigated what the world was doing in that regard, and invested in one of the companies doing something on that front.
I'll do it.ETA: It's done - I put as many books as I could on there that we finished. Some of them have links to reviews, some don't. The currently open letters we need to finish books for are: D, J, K, O, X, Z
I'll play. I've played all the positions in prior match ups except Keeper and am willing to play wherever you need me!

Part 1: CascadesI found this part very interesting. It spoke about the six prior extinction cycles and that all of them were caused by environmental warming (except for the dinosaurs). It also spoke about how intense storms are more intense now than they were in the past. They actually spoke about some severe weather in Ellicott City, Maryland, which I now about because I live about 3 hrs from there.
