1106719 not really, since the end of city of heavenly fire is pretty much connected to lady midnight. although there is a 5 year gap between the two series, they are very connected, like the main characters from tda are present in city of heavenly fire and that way we kinda see why the things are the way they are in tda.

1106719 the tv show is different from the books. like WAY different. i could not watch more than the first season of the tv show. tmi is the weakest cassandra clare series, but i still love it. and lady midnight is a MASTERPIECE. even if you don't like tmi as much as tid (which i don't think you will), it really is worth finishing tmi just to read tda.

i love alex and victor so much. ninth hosue and vicious are two of my favourite books of thsi year and both books have an amazing plot, but what did it for me were the characters. it was so cool to follow alex, yeah, sometime she did some (excuse my language) f**ked up things, but that was what made her intriguing. i really cannot wait for book 2!

from the beginning i found victor and extremely interesting character. i read vicious in 2 days during exam season so that shows how much i loved it. victor wasn't like most main characters, he wasn't pretending to be a good guy. he knew wasn't a good guy for that matter.

1106719 ik i may be in the minority here but i like nesta better than feyre. (i haven't read acofas tho and i'm not sure if i'll ever get to it) i never actually liked feyre, i always found her annoying. the first acotar book was a big disappointment for me, the next two books did got better, but i still couldn't stand feyre. as bitchy as nesta can be, she at least has a personality. feyre has none. (btw i do not mean to offend anyone with this comment, i simply do not like feyre)

1106719 i'm currently reading flashback by shannon messenger. and so far i think this is my least favourite in the series. i still love it, but idk i just don't love it as much as the first books. but tbh thsi is also 850 pages book and i've inly read 200 pages so there still is a lot that can happen.
