Jeremy’s comments from the Wings of Fire - An Active Roleplaying Group group.

Aster goes into tears. "Th-thank you...I'll make sure...he's worthy to lead." He says as he struggles to get up and you see all the scars left by those chains. "S-sorry...I guess I'm just nervous....H-how will he react to ME being his dad?" he says genuinely nervous.

(K.) Aster looks down knowing you don't believe him. he looks like he's finally been broken.

He sighed with a talon over his face. "Your looking him in the eyes." he said expecting them not to believe him. "That angry, phsyco act was only that. A act to test him...see if he could handle the truth...you saw what happened when I mentioned the rumor? It nearly broke him....now imagine me telling him "By the way I'm your old man." he. Would. Crash." he says as serious as possible.

"If I told you...you'd ether choke me, put more chains on this failing body, call me insane....or kill me." he says matching Phoenix gaze one to one. "If you promise me you won't do any...I'll tell you-but you have to promise." he says as that air of familiarity becomes stronger.

Aster smiles. "Ice. his Father was a soldier...but not that war monger General Glacious....no Glacious would've killed him the moment his egg was layed." You can see Aster visabely angry as he talks about Glacious. "His father was....under Opals control....that's the most I can say without uou thinking I truly am insane." he said making a almost depressed face.

(heads up. I'm not very patient. answer as fast as you can K?)

(You there? or are you taking a break?) Aster looks at Phoenix almost like peering into her soul. "I saw potential in..." he pauses almost like he's trying to hide something as he then says. "The boy...he is wise but not strong....he is not quite a leader yet....I wish to test him...to take him further then he thought he could go....I wish to make him into a true leader.' he says as he looks exclusively at Phoenix.

"But I know one thing....Mavi....is worthy to rule...if he so pleases." you see a genuine tear fall from his face.

Aster looked at you with a seriousness familiar to Mavi. "That war monger of a general isn't his father, and his father is not dead." he said with a hiss back. "I know his father...." he looks into some ice to see his reflection. "Or I used to...now I am as unsure as the boy."

Mavi was outside trying to clear his head but he couldn't get Asters words out of his head. He began to just wander till he just couldn't. He sat down and wondered...how would Phoenix react to this.?

(You there?) Aster look towards the mountain. "I have been beaten and bloodied...all because I found love....I have been here long before Opal was queen but I do not wish to talk on that matter." he faces cold. "Mavi has great potential....don't let it be wasted." he said.

Aster looked at you with honest eyes as he said. "A test to see if he can one day handle the truth." he hissed.


(I'm kinda toning Aster down a little but he's still somewhat as major pain.)

He sighs. "I did was tell a half truth." he says sounding more comfterble in the chain then you'd think. "There is a rumor though that one of the queens ether sky or ice had a half blood hire and hid them during the war." you see him wear a serious expression. "I did it as a test." he say snorting frost breath.

(you there frost?) Aster simply looked out whatever window he could find. he knew they wanted clear answers and he knew the muzzle would hender that so he waited.

Aster says nothing until the muzzle is taken off.

Mavi nods then leaves to get some fresh air

Aster stays silent till you hear "I'm not saying a thing with the muzzle on. Do you want my answers to be muffled?" raising a eye brow. You hear what he says bur very muffled.

(You there frost?)

"Queen Opal...I ask for your blessing." Mavi said talking about Phoenix. "As far as I know Kestral wants nothing to do with Phoenix...and with what I saw today you are more of a mother to her then anyone so I ask...may I have your blessing for when the time comes?" Mavi ask as kindly as he could but in the end it depended upon the queen.

Mavi went to queen Opal and bowed once more. he had earn new respect for the queen but as one raised by the skywings his loyalty lied with Amber.

You heard a muffeled "Muzzle. Off." remembering his muzzle...was still on.

(He's a military trained SOLDIER you don't keep'em down for long!)

Mavi sat there in shock...who was he? was he of royal blood? was he not? he was more confused the more questions he asked. He looked to phoenix unsure what to do or think.
