[close] A group for LDS readers, we like to read LDS-related books, books from other faith traditions, and other books we're reading just for fun!

[close] Our little book club has been meeting for years. It used to be the 26th Ward book club but since splits happen, we are a book club that includes our sister wards. It is not exclusive. We meet monthly and discuss fun, uplifting, clean books that we can have fun discussions about. We know that some of our prior book club groupies have moved but we are still interested in what everyone is reading and so this is a great tool to help us stay in touch.

[close] A group intended primarily for finding and discussing literary works about Latter-day Saints and the Mormon faith. Some works will be included that are not topically Mormon but are by LDS authors, and there will be some works by non- or former-Mormons about the LDS experience. This group is not intended for general discussion of Mormon religious beliefs, except as these are incidental to literary study. Since the Mormon literary experience includes the study and appreciation of certain non-LDS authors (such as John Milton or C.S. Lewis), such will be included as influences.

[close] This group has many applications. EVERYONE is welcome who is a member of this church, or who is interested in learning more about our doctrine, who would like to share experiences, would like to share and comment on favorite LDS books, or read and learn from quotes by ancient and modern prophets from the Old Testament to today and to share personal understandings of the scriptures. "Knowledge is Power" and who is the most powerful being in the universe? God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. Let's get to know Them together!
