A must read for educators beginning to feel "burned out" or powerless in their careers.

These short essays by educators are heartwarming and filled with passion. This work will be important for anyone who works in the public service sector and is trying to put everything in to perspective. A surprisingly uplifting and reaffirming collection. Each writer has a distinct voice and offers up authentic advice based on real experiences.
