I am kind of undecided about Think outside the inbox. The first half of the book seemed to be a summary of generic information about the advantages marketing automation brings. At one point I thought I would be able to comb my hair with a marketing automation solution. For me this part was a blatant sales pitch. At that point I thought I would give a one star review. However the second part had some best practices that can be useful for small and midsized organization looking to improve there marketing return. Being part of the industry for many years I did not learn anything new but reading all the best practices together certainly is a good reminder. The advantage is you don t need to dont too much time. This book can be read in a few hours.
