SO MANY Helpful, Practical, Actionable Techniques!

Don’t let the title or acronyms scare you. This book offers plain, practical techniques to working through various levels of stress or anxiety. Heck, I didn’t even know what these acronyms meant! The word, “trauma” caught my attention. But the author does an amazing job of explaining everything in a compassionate and caring, non-judgmental manner. This is a workbook I will take my time reading and working through. My fav quote in the book? “Your life doesn’t get better by chance; it gets better by change.” I intend to CHANGE. Thank you, Mr. Huang!
