Written in “plain” English that anyone could understand, the author takes the reader on the step-by-step process of writing a business plan. From recognizing whether or not you need a plan, to understanding what should be included, this easy-to-read book takes you through the process of what it takes to write a plan and why these steps are needed. As I have no business background, I found this book quite informative.
