This was a confusing mess, lots of misspelled words and missing directions I would not recommend. The only thing that saves it is the pictures. Some of the ingredients I had never heard of and no idea where to find. This cookbook needs a lot of help and the further you get in the book the worse it gets. I did find a couple of interesting recipes to help my Mother's diabetes.
