Mum is dead.
The father I never knew has claimed me, and I’ve been uprooted from my world and thrown into a life of privilege.
I’m not welcome here.
Two boys are leading the school to drive me out, and I’m being followed constantly by two more.

Things are much darker here than I thought; Crescentwood is full of dangerous criminals and dirty politicians.

Pure fire 🔥

Well-developed, great storyline, intriguing characters especially the hot heroes. A fiery strong heroine, displaced in life through troubled and largely isolated upbringing, meets her father for the first time as well as some alpha bad boys. There is bullying; there is threat; there is corruption and not everything is as it seems. The range of personalities and backgrounds of the antiheroes was compelling, mixing privilege and underground. Villains were true villains lending trepidat

I could have read it entirely but it was late.

Is this a debut? It looks like a debut.
It's not a bad one, but not stellar either. A little slow and not dark enough for my taste, when it comes to the subject.

While I dropped it, the best part about the story was definitely Sophie, the main character. I didn't like the others, I didn't like the writing, and I didn't like the editing. I had to re-read some sentences multiples times because I felt I was disconnecting here and there.

Three Divisions was a great read, just what I needed after a few stressful months. It’s fast-paced and action-packed, the story and the building up sexy tension blended masterfully.
I really enjoyed Sophie’s character and how strong and determined she is despite life dealing her a pretty crap hand. The boys are also each with their own issues and interesting characters in their own right, I can’t wait to read more about them. Especially Aiden and Ty are so dreamy!! A perfect blend of danger and s

Holy crap, where to begin?!? I took the liberty of stepping out of my comfort zone to read this book, and I’m so glad I did!!

First off, I freakin LOVE Sophie. I love that she doesn’t take no shit from anyone. And when I say “anyone” I literally mean ANYONE—including her own psychotic father and the entitled spoiled rich kids at her school. Sophie goes through so much, right from the start to the very end you can’t help but hope and pray she’ll catch a break. But at every turn there’s a new obst

What a great debut novel! Three decisions has everything that makes for an interesting and captivating read! Not to mention a fiesty heroine, and group of alpha males that embark on a journey to gain trust while uncovering the truth behind those who claim to be doing what is best for them.

Wow, a new thrilling, twisted and suspenseful bully RH to sink into.
I didn’t know what to expect with this book. This is Smyth’s debut novel I believe and I gotta say it was a knock out.
Emotional, amazing details, wonderful characters and a dark and twisted world that I didn’t want to leave. The plot of a page turner and engaging. There’s so much suspense, unpredictability and an all around riveting read. I love me some bully romance and this was an exceptional read to add to

I read this book in one sitting! I've been reading a lot of books in quarantine and throughout my whole life if I'm being honest, and I really didn't expect to like this book as much as I did. I've read so many bully-type romance books that just get me mad at the side characters for being bullies and the main character for letting it get to her when there's so much more important shit to be concerned about that I quit reading them halfway through.

Sophie is well aware there's more important shit

OMG... is this really the first book from this author? This story has literally blew me away.....from the first page I was hooked completely. This author really knows how to put just the right amount of angst, emotion and suspense into the plot so that you keep turning those pages.....i was so engrossed in the story i didnt even realise id reached the end until it was to late.....I don't know how I am going to wait for the next instalment!!! ❤

Instantly intrigued.

The story line is fantastic and I cant help but come up with all sorts of theories because I have no idea where we are going to end up! The characters are brilliant and we have a strong feisty heroine who even after going through a troubled life so far, she always seems positive and doesn't care what people think or say about her. Sophie is not to be messed with and after surprising and standing up for herself to her two stalkers, you know she doesn't take shit from anyone!

Great debut!

Where do I start? This is a DEBUT novel by R.A. Smyth and boy has she made me wanna stick around for some more.

The story line and character development in this book is so good. Sophie has had to grow up way before her time and missed out on so much of her childhood, she’s then thrust into a world that is so far out of her element that she’s got to navigate through it practically blind. Luckily this is where the growing up early and fending for herself comes in handy.

I love

This was so good but that eding. Sophie didn't have easy life and it gets even harder when her mum dies. Suddenly she have to leave her home and go to live with her dad she never knew. Everything is new there. Life and school are so much different in her new place. Things with her dad is not how they looks and Sophie have to be careful. I really liked her because she was strong and she didn't give up so easily. Book was mainly from Sophies pov but we got also guys pov. That way we got to know th ...more

I really enjoyed this book! Sophie’s our FMC, she’s from Ireland and lives alone supporting herself and her Mom, who suffers from mental illness. When Sophie’s Mom passes away she’s sent to America to live with her psycho Dad who she immediately finds is not at all who he seems. But who is he really and what does that mean for Sophie? He sets two of his “employees” to trail Sophie, both of whom become smitten with her in no time. Meanwhile, at school two other boys target her because they don’t ...more

To be transparent, I was given an ARC for my review of this book.

So, I absolutely loved it. One of my pet peeves is reading a book (especially an RH book) and it being only about the men and the sex. This book. This book is full of plot, twists, multiple story lines and POVs (which is my favorite) and has a badass female main character who has had a pretty crap life but is still so strong. I couldn't put this down and read it in two sittings.
Don't get me wrong, it has some steam and some sexy

This book is a dark, high school bully, reverse harem romance & is RA Smyth's debut novel! The storyline, plot, & characters had me sucked in right away. There are several triggers such as drug use, physical abuse, and graphic violence. However, no more graphic than your typical MC/mafia style romance. RA did a wonderful job with character development & creating likeable characters. The book ends with a cliffhanger that leaves m

So many unexpected events

Wow this book really kept me guessing. Sophie is thrown into a dark world of power, money and politics. She is bullied, followed and hurt while trying to deal with the loss of everthing she knew. These characters are continually surprising and you honestly just don't know what crazy thing is going to happen next. I love dark romance and this one was on the borderline of dark for me. Lots of nasty stuff that may trigger some people but has lots of potential for the series

What a Book!

This is a great start to an amazing series! Holy heck these characters are fantastic. Their is so much to each of them that we found out in this book and yet so much we still need to learn. Sophie is literally taken from the home she only knows to go live with a father she has never known. Yet the father acts like they are old pals. Enter her saviors who yet bring her just as many headaches as her dear old Dad! Preston, Barrett, Tyler and Aiden! These four guys are a mystery, yet th

A must read!

A phenomenal debut novel! I have no words to explain how well this story is written! This book has some serious suspense. Sophie is uprooted from her struggling life when her mother kills herself and find out her dad wants her. But he's not the daddy dearest she was hoping for. Immersed in a world of the rich and corrupt, Sophie tries to investigate what her father wants her for but the kings of Crescentwood aren't making it easy for her to blend in. Bullied and alone.

4.5. Stars.
R.A. Smyth is a new author to me and Three Divisions is definitely the start of what will be a great series. I was definitely interested after reading the blurb and although I don't care for cliffhangers, I had to read this and I'm glad I did. It is really interesting, yes it has bullying but that's not all it has. It was slow at parts for me but still kept my interest. It is well written within the story and characters. I will definitely be looking forward to the next book.

I know it's new but WHY???

This is a great start to the series and follows the tried and tested (and loved) method of poor orphaned girl shipped off to pastures new in a rich new school run by the super hottie club. Bully enemies to finally lovers.

This one is very entertaining and also adds in 2bad boys and plenty of mysteries! But damn, I forget how much I hate cliffhangers!!!

Give it a click, you won't be disappointed

This book was so good! It’s tragic yet has this suspenseful side all wrapped up in a mystery. It’s got some bully aspects to it, but that just provides the base of all the desire between Preston, Barrett, and Sophie!

Then you have the father Sophie never knew existed! That’s just say he’s not winning father of year anytime soon! When he had two of his men tail her, we get a whole née set of sexual tension!

You’ll love Sophie’s journey and won’t stop turning the page!

That cliffhanger though!

Okay so this is a Bully Romance with maffia elements, but you don't know when you start reading this.

Its about Sophie who has lost her mom due to mental problems, and although she knew this day would come its never easy is it. Especially when the social worker makes the announcement her father has been found and want to connect with her and ships her off to a whole other country.

If you think this is why she is getting bullied at school (new girl, noticeably not rich but "trying" to fit in) you w

Sophie has grown up with an unstable mother in a rundown council house having only herself to depend on. However, when her mother dies unexpectedly, a father she's never known of suddenly claims her. She's uprooted, moved to America, and suddenly finds herself living in a mansion in wealthy town, and attending Crescentwood an exclusive school. Unsettled and out of place, it's soon apparent, her father only wants her for appearance' sake and the leaders of the one percenters at her new school wan ...more

Disclaimer I got a free copy of this book to review, my thoughts and comments are up to my discretion and are completely my own. Overall I really enjoyed this book. The best part was the main character, at first her attitude felt kind of cheesy but as she was developed more I really enjoyed the snarky vibe. I think this book was a really good set up for the rest of the series, as it gave a lot of the background to the main characters and love interests. I’d never read a book with this type of ro ...more

While I appreciate the plot and where the author tried to take it, the delivery was underwhelming. The dialogue was like it was written for a bad movie (ESPECIALLY where the MC was involved) and 90% of the time, I was bored, just waiting for something to grab at my attention and stop me from continously day dreaming. I had to force myself to pay attention to what was going on. The characters were severely

So I gave Three Divisions 3 stars. While I thought the characters were good, and that the story was a strong backbone, I couldnt get past the editing mistakes. I'll get to those in a second. I was super intrigued by Sophie and they way in which her story unfolds. I a totally adore her. She is strong having lived how she did, and the forced into the situations ahead of her. Her take no BS attitude is to die for. Ioved the boys. Barrett, Preston, Aiden and Tyler man oh man. Overall it was a good c ...more

I can't believe this is a debut novel! It's incredible!! The angst and mystery is spot on and the character development is incredibly engaging. You cant help but keep reading (even when you should really really be going to bed!)

A dark, high school bully, RH romance puts it firmly in my kinda read territory but this is a bit of a twist on the usual. The guys who will end up with Sophie aren't all known to each other and whilst there are some sparks this first book is very much about laying the fo
