My mom is nearly 40 and she has been suggested by doctor to start mediterranean diet. We searched in the internet but those were tasteless recipes. I suggested her this book as I bought keto diet recipes from the same publisher and love that. Although she is too picky about her food, she loved the recipes. There is a breakfast recipe with hash and cauliflower which is her favourite. She also cooked the Herb Smoked Salmon on lunch and I tasted it as well. It was incredible.
