Hoorah! Fantastic pie recipes!

I have always enjoyed eating pie but not making it. The reason is I suck at making crust. But honestly, I tried Angel's recipe and it worked! Loved this book and it even had real pictures of what the recipe was actually talking about! (It is a pet peeve of mine that authors don't actually have photos of what they are making.) So thanks for a great book and look forward to finding others.

Growing up in Pa. Dutch country I love pies, all kinds. Haven't been baking much and needed some new inspirations. This book has some of the best, simpler recipes. Try them you will like them.
