The year is 2078 and humanity is dead. The Earth is now filled with a world of Zombies. Isaac a self-aware, Intelligent Robotic Weapon (IRW) awakes to find himself all alone and in search of answers. He finds himself standing guardian over a lifeless planet filled with the undead. Isaac travels from New York State to Manhattan to Washington D.C. to the mountains of West Virginia to try to find out what happened to humanity. Along the way he finds beauty and hope while staring into the void that civilization once occupied. Join Isaac as he battles the undead Zombies and as while documenting everything he sees along the way.
Interesting take on a zombie apocalypse with only robots as survivors. I enjoyed Isaac's (search and rescue robot) commentary about his discoveries as he traveled towards New York City and beyond in an attempt to find any surviving humans but the story was greatly improved by the presence of Amos (library robot and comic relief), imho (think shades of C3PO, just without the British accent)! I also appreciated the fact that Zombies vs Robots ended on a hopeful note . . . P. S. I rate books on their story content, but that said, Zombies vs Robots needs a lot of revision to correct spelling, grammar, and continuity errors. Pssst: Amos' role could be greatly expanded for maximum entertainment value, too!
