I switched to other learning tools and my daughter ‘borrowed ‘this for a bit and I let her because it is not really a book to teach you about java. It is a barely organized series of poorly translated essays about programming that use Java as the tool for explaining. With some quotes at the end. There was an interesting section about algorithms and sorting that reminded me of my senior year of college, but really had my grabbing a pencil to edit it. I tried to check for versions, but this book didn’t include that. My cover isn’t the same and I have no idea about any improvements.
