6 "I. GIVE. A. SHIT. ABOUT. YOU." / Jackson Stiles the best damn badass man out there" stars

Jackson Stiles is a Private Investigator in a town called Redemption.
It's my job to find the bad guys,
take them in, and get paid.

He is a man hard on the edges, who doesn't trust anyone but his own gut, a man closed off with issues from the past, filled with guilt and self-deprication, and sarcasm takes everclass="gr-hostedUserImg">

Jackson is a PI who is one of the best at capturing the hard to catch. Emma Green is a reporter who bothers him to no end. They soon find themselves working together and soon Jackson realizes he isn't as bothered by her as he thought. While investigating a crime he feels is his fault they seem to be thrown together at every turn. Now they are on the search for the truth behind the crime and about themselves.

Honestly, when this book started I wasn't really into it much, but I soon go

Five Amazing Stars! Jackson is a PI who will do anything to win a case, even if it means endangering his life. Emma is a reporter who challenges him at every turn. Jackson realizes that Emma is someone that he wants, no matter what. Will Jackson win his case and also win Emma's affection? I loved the characters and especially loved their banter. The author writes a well written story and one that will keep you guessing until the end. This is a book you will not want to miss out on. I highly reco ...more

Jackson Stiles marches to the beat of his own drummer, no matter how many people get on his case. He's used to having bad days, but lately they have reached new levels of chaos. Between his family who won't get off of his case, and a certain tabloid reporter that seems to show up everywhere he is, well, shots of tequila are a must before bed. Emma Green doesn't mean any harm, she's just a tenacious girl out to get her story. When she and Jackson seem to be investigating the same case that has su ...more

Freaking awesome book. Lots of plot twists made this book so interesting. This was my first book by Ms. Richardson and definitely won't be the last. Loved that it was in Jackson's POV, you just don't see that much in books.

This book was given to me for an honest review

4 stars

All I can say this was not what I expected. It was much much more. I loved that it was fast paced and kept me entertained the whole time I read it. It reels you in at the beginning and doesn't let go of you until the end and even then you want more, much, much more. It had me laughing at times and not just a giggle it was a full blown laugh as my kids are looking at me and saying that I was crazy. I didn't have one of t

Intriguing and alluring suspense, that kept me guessing for a long time who was the mastermind behind the murders in the city, and who all were actually involved, how deep the deceit went. The plot had plenty of twists and surprises to engage and entertain the reader's mind and keep the interest to the story high.
The story is told in the first person point of view, by Jackson. His thoughts are sporadic and all over the place, coming through the hangover haze, filled with bad language and his co

The uniqueness of this book really stood out to me. I had never read a book that was 95% in the characters head as he viewed the world and the other 5% when he is talked to someone. This book was 100% through the eyes of the character and no one else.

The way Jo Richardson painted the world through Jackson Stiles eyes really captivated me. It was a little hard for me at first to be so honest but once I become acquainted with Mr. Stiles the story completely engulfed into his world. She did a rema

In a word…Hil-fuckin’-larious!

I need to get personally acquainted with one Mr. Jackson Stiles. I don’t have to participate in any of his investigations or blatantly interfere in any other part of his life. I just want to be able to tag along on his daily adventures. Why? So I can hear what he has to say! He has a unique charm that will make the church folks faint, but that charm has a way of getting under some people’s skin (mainly yours truly) and making you love him despite his fla

Jo Richardson’s newest novel Jackson Stiles - Road to Redemption is a fast paced who really done it with great characters and full of great lines and laughs!
Jackson Stiles is a PI with a hard as nails exterior with a heart of gold interior who uses his quick wit and quick mind to help solve a series of murders in his town of Redemption. First , I want to say Jo Richardson is a new author to me and she got me totally impressed and blown away by the flow of her writing .
To me , private detective Jackson Stiles is an amusing smart ass who 's internal dialogue was so much fun that he made me laugh out loud a few times. He's witty , foul mouthed and very sarcastic , in one word .....adorable !!!
Fast talking tabloid reporter Emma Green is also a "handful" to deal with . Put these two together to investigate a murder and y

Jackson Stiles at first seemed so removed, so cynical and yet, also at times very compassionate. He tried to fight that compassion with his care for nothing and no one attitude... he failed.
I loved how his smart mouth had a mind of it's own, I loved how he sparred with pretty much everyone he interacted with. As the story evolved, it seemed he did too. By the end of the book you could imagine how he must've felt about the circumstances that contributed to his "don't care about anyone" phil

This was so much fun. Told from Jackson's point of view, this story is told with outrageous glimpses into the deeply broken mind of this unique detective. At times outrageously funny, at other times dark and serious, I can't remember the last time I had this much fun reading. Highly recommended.

Jackson Stiles was highly entertaining read. It was fast paced and very well written. I devoured this book in one sitting. It's full of drama, mystery, humour and romance as well as a few surprises. The characters, PI Jackson and Tabloid Reporter Emma were well developed and their banter had me laughing out loud. I thoroughly enjoyed this read.
