Decision Making for Leaders: The Analytic Hierarchy Process for Decisions in a Complex World

Rate this book
This is a book of case studies in multicriteria decision-making using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The basics of the theory are described in a clear, non-technical manner with many examples. Suitable for business leaders and also the best book for introducing the AHP to students.

Book that aims to explain AHP for leaders while making complex decisions. The content is not so simple and it includes a lot of math but the idea behind the book is worth.

Livro que busca explicar o AHP para líderes quando estão tomando decisões complexas. O livro não é tão simples e inclui um volume considerável de matemática mas a idéia do livro vale a pena.
