We aren't trying to convince you that this is the Holy Grail of weight loss - but it is hard to curtail our excitement. Both of us - a 50 year old mother and her 20 year old daughter - lost over 30 pounds each; easily and effortlessly by following this set of diet protocols.

Here's how this began:

We were sick of being large and unhappy. Tired of being tired. Fed up with our lack of confidence.

This weight gain had to stop. Mom had already received a worrisome report from her doctor.

We studied diets, nutrition reports, research studies, and listened to other dieter's feedback. Next we compared notes and devised our own diet; one we thought might work for us.

And work it did! Following just a few simple guidelines we ate our fill of our favorite foods. We cut out a few others.

People noticed the change. They asked us to share the diet.

At first we shared recipes, but they wanted more. We answered private messages, personal emails, and the multitude of questions asked of us in public. When a few friends started losing weight the way we we'd shared, friends-of-friends began asking for our secrets.

That's when we sat down and got to work writing out everything we had learned, the foods we ate, and the nutritional concepts we'd uncovered.

We want you to know:

We performed most of our research online (from reputable sources only), read the most popular diet books, contemplated how it could fit into busy lives, and then added a dash of common sense.

You can do all of that for yourself (and save the cost of buying a book), but doing so might take months.

Our diet isn't the Holy Grail of weight loss (as we've clearly stated above). It is not 'secrets' that only we are privy to. The "Low Carb High Fat No Hunger Diet" is a hybrid created from necessity. It is the best of the top three diets, with the most wretched parts left behind.

Here's what happened next:

A few weeks ago we gave a few friends an early copy of this book. So far, their results have been effortless weight loss, no hunger, results in the first few days, better than average results over the first weeks. We are currently compiling these results. COVERS MY NEEDS AND WANTS

I have been fighting the weight battle for 50 years. This works. Recipes can be adjusted to my likes. Can't do better than that.

Great information for beginners as well as those familiar with the diet

I am completely new to the diet. I have not started it yet. Right now I am reading up and educating myself on what these low carb and low carb hybrid diets or WOE (way of eating) are about. The amount of information was phenomenal! I loved the various recipes that are included in the book. They made it very easy to understand and was a good read.

Excellent resource for beginners and pros alike

Well written. Recipes look and taste fantastic. Will be looking out for further books from this dynamic duo! Thanks for getting me back on track with minimal fuss!

Good book that put me on the path to a keto diet and a healthier lifestyle.

Simply worded explanations of how to change your eating habits. It makes you want to pay attention to what you put in your body.
