What a book and what a guide!! It is amazing how Emma Davis has created a really useful resource for teenagers. This book is a useful tool to confront adolescent challenges such as, emotions, relationships, socialization, communication and much more through Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I really recommend this book as a brother, parent, mentor or psychologist to invite teenagers to read this book and to be mindful, conscious, and responsible for the experiences they are going to start living.
This guidebook is wonderful for teens. It provides examples and step by step exercises for teens to practice mindfulness, emotional regulation. Some of the things in the book focus on depression and anxiety just to name a few. It is an excellent book for parents of teens to help teens learn these skills.
