This book contains a few branding insights, but nothing spectacular. There are plenty of examples, mostly from national and global businesses, but a few from small businesses. It's clear that the author has a lot of experience. The book is very convincing about the value of a brand. One of the main points is that brand quality has more effect on sales than product quality.

I listened to the free audiobook after hearing Raymond Aaron on BNI Podcast Episode 322: Branding & Networking.
