I’m a new organizer and this was tough to get through! Some of the information is really valuable but i think it could have been said in about half the pages.
This is a great book for all organizers. You don't need to specialize in CD, or other special needs clients, to benefit from the information in this book. Obviously, it is well organized. It is academic enough in that you will learn more, but not fell like you are in over your head. This is a resource I will keep in my library for a long time.
I'm being generous with 2 stars. I bought this book for work and was hugely disappointed. The book looks like a bunch of photocopied articles and there is no unifying thread. There is nothing in it that you can't find elsewhere for free. The book is far too expensive and too amateurish to justify its value.
