This book was an excellent reference, for what it was. Computing has completely changed, though, and much that we did back in the Solaris 2.6 days as good practice is positively deleterious now. It's interesting to read back and see how far I've adapted in my career from the days I would have written the same book myself.

This book is still on my shelf, reminding me of happier and more innocent times.

Five stars for the memories.
