Nemůžu si pomoct, ale tahle kniha mě neuvěřitelně štvala.

Celé mi to připadá neosobní, nedosažitelné, příliš "technické" - všechny ty tabulky a grafy. Jako kdyby člověk neměl ani nárok na selhávání a chyby. Každá kapitola řekne, jak lidé jednají špatně a neefektivně, s lehkostí předvede nový "model", ale už chybí pořádný návod JAK se podle něj vlastně řídit nebo jak pracovat s tím, když to prostě nepůjde. Nemám rád knížky, které jsou popsány nálepkami jako "bestseller", nejlepší a podobně. Tahle si to ale zaslouží. Proč? Není to pouhá soupiska úspěchů či rad, není to ani teoretické pojednání "coby, kdyby". Toto je pro mě ideální kombinace postřehů, názorů a hlavně zkušeností. Skvělé jsou výchovné příklady ze života uplatnitelné jak při výchově v rodině, tak v každodenních situacích - třeba v práci. Samozřejmě nejde o žádné nové objevné věci, největší přínos vidím v pečlivém vybrání, seřazení a ...more

- Tyhle self-help knížky nejsou vůbec špatné, ale jsou vždycky napsané bílým starým křesťanským mužem a to samo o sobě říká dost, co můžete od této knihy čekat.

Kromě jednoho návyku (výhra-výhra), by se daly rady shrnout do stručného: buďte hodní, poslouchejte, buďte vstřícní - vrátí se vám to.
