Scott It's definitely a "Collectors Market" type of thing. In fact, they're likely to do better with boutique approaches (high quality paper, quality covers, fresh forward or afterward, etc.) for the hardcore collectors and charge a mint margin on a small run. It would take authors like yourself who have fans who've been rabid for decades and will be willing to save up $200 or more to have "the whole series in one print style" to show off on their bookcase or mantel.

PS: Went to look at NESFA Press' site and saw that they prominently feature both Falling Free on Shards as examples. Nice!

Susan I much prefer to buy books I'm pretty sure I will like. I have all of yours in hardcover, beginning with the SFBC editions. I buy them as I read them, in order as they come out (except for occasional forays rereading special favorites.)
