i definitely don't want to stop anyone from reading this book, i just personally think there are much better ones out there. everyone obviously will have a different opinion, and it's totally cool if this is your kind of book. i think i read the cellar when i was in eighth grade, it just didn't sit well with me, that's all.

i think your reading expectations are just high.... which is not a bad thing, no offense intended. for me on the other hand it is a very interesting book. but it may be because i am in 8th grade and i don't have much experiences with many books yet.

There was no offense intended. I was just putting it out there that someone else may enjoy the book very much. I understand its not everyones kind of book. I think it just depend on what your class is into. I one the other hand think these are great books, in school and out. But i respect your opinion as well.
since this book was boring to you.....that means you must read some really scary books.....can you recommend one to me plz
