I just don't think being a spoiled, coddled, golden boy is reason enough to kill so many. That he was lacking emotion and alternately full of rage, and that he was angry his sister left are more symptoms of mental illness than something that MADE him able to kill so easily. Anger management issues and getting one's way don't usually lead to murder ... but maybe you're on to something - maybe his mother giving him a sense of 'entitlement' allowed him to kill so easily. Guess I've just grown to expect a triggering or traumatizing experience to create such a monster.
