An opinion is not wrong. It was merely an observation for the member who asked the question to take into account as she makes her own decision about her own daughter.
Thanks - I understand the desire of some parents to protect from violence, and some to protect from sex, and I am trying to balance both to some degree. I appreciate everyone sharing their knowledge of the book (which I STILL haven't managed to read, although my daughter did and thoroughly enjoyed it).
