Thank you for your explanation, I didn't get it either. Or - I understood he was unreliable narrator, but in the end, I was pretty confused which parts were only his imagination, including Corina somehow being Maria and so on. Only - I read there was gonna be another part, so did he actually die?
I like your explanation about the ending but this makes the ending clearer
