Disregarding your advice I started with " Prince of Fools" instead of starting with "Prince of Thorns." I don't why I did that. Maybe I don't like being pushed ;)

Finished both Prince of Fools and Prince of Thorns, now I am reading King of Thorns.

I wasn't a big fan of first person narrative but "The Kingkiller Chronicle" , "Tales of the Kin Series" and your books have made me appreciate it.

Considering that some reviewers remarked how your main character in 'Prince of Thorns' rapes people in the first couple of pages I'm not surprised that someone might find him off-putting (to be honest, I don't want to read about rape either).
