I'd heard this was a giant of a book. I tend to go 50/50 with reading and listening. I listened to this book, shortly into the early chapters I was glad i was listening. The early chapters are tedious, however very relevant to the story. as you acclimatize to the different voices employed by the reader, and the seamless jumps between time periods , the story opens out and the interplay between time periods becomes evident. A Giant of a Story.
