I think you will find I put the book down. lol, But thanks for your comment. Pretty sure Americans are 7 times more likely to get killed by a cop than a terriorist...but yeah, free country. Ok.
If you want to call an oligarchy free...
Unfortunately, getting killed by cops is a terrible fact of life. But, the book under discussion is, IMO, a very good book.
As someone that has lived in the EU and the middle east you are as likely to get killed by cops there if not more.
No Brian, only you live in a free country. In my country people are made to read shitty books about racist simpletons racing against time to save the world. This one is a particularly stressful read, it is not easy to go on for 600+ pages expecting the world to fall apart at any moment, the suspense was killing me.
