Did you read The Girl on the Train? You will NOT like these characters. They are so depressing. At one point I did feel bad -- but that all quickly changed.
Yes, just because the characters are not likeable does snot mean the story can not be great! Rachel is a mess!
I didn't care for either book, found the characters annoying and predictable in both books but I also did finish both books to see how the stories ended... so I guess I got hooked. I also gave away both books immediately!
